We are affiliated with the Agency for Persons with Disabilities APD) and the Florida Department of Aging and Disability Services (FDAD). Our services are funded through a variety of mechanisms, but primarily through Florida’s Medicaid Waiver program. We serve individuals diagnosed with intellectual and developmental disabilities, elderly individuals and people who are for other reasons disabled. in helping individuals with disabilities. As an APD provider, we provide Personal Supports, Life Skills, Companion, Respite, Supported Living Coaching and Supported Employment services in West and Central Florida. As a FDAD provider, we provide Homemaker and Companion services statewide. As a licensed AHCA provider, we also offer homemaker and companion assistance.
