RELIABLE HOME CARE
We are affiliated with the Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD), the Florida Department of Aging and Disability Services (FDAD), and Florida Community Care (FCC). Our services are funded through a variety of mechanisms, but primarily through Florida’s Medicaid Waiver program. We serve individuals diagnosed with intellectual and developmental disabilities, elderly individuals and people who are disabled for other reasons. As an approved APD and FCC provider, we provide Personal Supports, Life Skills, Companion, Respite, Supported Living Coaching and Supported Employment services in West and Central Florida areas. As an approved FDAD provider, we provide Homemaker and Companion services. As a licensed AHCA provider, we also offer homemaker and companion assistance.
Whether your loved one needs temporary care due to an unfortunate event or needs around-the-clock long-term care, we are willing and able to work with their team of providers to ensure services are provided in a manner best suited to their specific need and situation.
